It also hosts many of the world's highest peaks, such as K2, Nanga Parbat, Broad Peak, Rakaposhi, Gasherbrum I, and Gasherbrum II. Travelers can enjoy stunning views of Rakaposhi and Nanga Parbat from the comfort of their vehicle while journeying along the Karakoram Highway (KKH). Itinerary

Welcome to Pakistan! Upon your arrival, your guide will greet you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax and recover from your journey. Later, we will have a group briefing about the upcoming Gilgit-Baltistan tour. Depending on the time available, you may have the opportunity for some sightseeing in Islamabad. Visit Faisal Mosque, the largest mosque in Pakistan and South Asia, followed by a trip to Shakar Parian National Park to enjoy panoramic views of the city. At the park's exit, admire the Pakistan Monument, a striking granite structure. Next, explore the Lok Versa Museum, showcasing the rich traditional arts and crafts of Pakistan. End the day with a delightful dinner at Monal Restaurant, offering spectacular views of Islamabad, before being escorted back to the hotel.

After breakfast, embark on your Gilgit-Baltistan journey, heading towards Besham town. Travel along the iconic Karakoram Highway, passing through historic towns and scenic landscapes on your way to Mansehra.

Arrive in Chilas by evening and relax. The cool temperatures of this region will provide a refreshing contrast to the warmth of Islamabad.

Today, continue your Gilgit-Baltistan journey towards Minapin Valley/Jaffarabad. With twenty-one of the world’s hundred highest peaks visible from the highway, this scenic drive introduces you to the majestic landscapes of the region.

After breakfast, continue your journey towards Karimabad in Hunza Valley. Rise early for a spectacular sunrise view over Rakaposhi Mountain. Visit the UNESCO-listed Baltit Fort and the Altit Fort for a glimpse into the region's rich history. Later, head to Eagle's Nest for a panoramic view of Hunza and Nagar Valleys. You can opt to enjoy dinner here while witnessing the breathtaking sunset over Rakaposhi and Golden Peak.

Today, embark on an exciting adventure to Khunjerab Pass, the border between Pakistan and China. After visiting the pass, return to Minapin/Jaffarabad for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, continue your journey along the Karakoram Highway with Rakaposhi as your backdrop. After about three hours, at Alam Bridge, you’ll leave the highway and follow the Indus River towards Skardu. Skardu, the administrative capital of Baltistan, is steeped in history and natural beauty. Explore Manthal Buddha Rock, an ancient Buddhist rock carving, before heading to Upper Kachura Lake for a delightful lunch. Later, visit Lower Kachura Lake before returning to your hotel for dinner.

Today, head towards Khaplu, traveling along the Indus and Shyok Rivers. Pass through lush Balti villages before arriving in Khaplu, once the second-largest kingdom in Baltistan under the Yabgo dynasty. This town, located on the trade route to Ladakh, is rich in history and culture.
